The steps of the satellite finder dish pointer app:

Compass Azimuth angle:
Setting a dish by using a compass direction find is a simple method to align dish antenna towards the correct azimuth direction to receive the desired satellite's signals.
To point in that direction rotate the device to move the Compass to adjust the dish pointer to determine the dish azimuth angle of the satellite.

The Satellite Director compass feature uses compass sensors in your smartphone to determine your location and orientation. If your device does not have compass sensors, you can still find the Azimuth direction by using the map feature.
Map Azimuth angle:

Elevation angle:

LNB :
Set up the satellite finder LNB skew angle at your current position. Adjust the angle and direction of your dish satellite finder according to the degree of your selected satellite until you achieve the strongest possible signal.
